After relocating to the Tampa area in 2020, she continued building her real estate career, specializing in new construction and helping buyers discover homes that complement their lifestyles and aspirations.

Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Deniz worked with Homes by WestBay, where she was nominated for Rookie of the Year at the Tampa Bay Builders Association Awards and recognized as a Platinum Sales Consultant for her outstanding sales performance. She is excited to bring her experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to Michael Saunders & Company while representing the beautiful Gracewater community in Sarasota.

Known for her honesty, determination, and warm personality, Deniz believes that successful real estate experiences are built on trust, transparency, and genuine relationships. She takes the time to understand each client's individual needs and guides them through every stage of the buying process, from the first home tour to watching a new home take shape and celebrating the moment the keys are handed over. Fluent in English, German, and Turkish, she enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Deniz enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, discovering charming coffee shops, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. She lives on Harbour Island in Tampa with her two sons and their mini Goldendoodle, where she loves waterfront walks, beautiful sunsets, and exploring the area's restaurants and vibrant city life. She also enjoys returning to Europe each year to spend time with her extended family.

For Deniz, real estate is about more than finding the perfect property. It is about building lasting relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and helping every client find a home that truly feels like their own.
